The quality and durability of our jewelry pieces is key to us. Therefore, we suggest that you take into account the ‘Take Care’ information to avoid damaging of your jewelry.
If you want to repair any of your jewelry, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating proof of your order, model number, photo of the piece and short explanation of the problem. Next, we will analyze what procedure we will adopt.
If the pieces are damaged due to use or misuse, the customer will charge the repair costs.
Exception: The locks have a 1-month warranty. After that date, any damage to its functionality is attributed to its bad use. Please have in mind they are delicate, so open and close them gently.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Within a maximum period of 14 days you can exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice.
If you want to exchange a Minma piece, contact Minma through the email email@example.com : send us your invoice (1), indicate the model and size purchased (2) and which model and size you want to exchange (3).
Then, wait for an email from where the procedures for approving the exchange will be explained. Postage is customer's responsibility. Exchanges are only approved when dealing with unused pieces, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice. Returns are not accepted.
